Job Description

  • Students: 3-18 years old (most are between 3-12).
  • Class sizes: 12-14 students per class
  • Up to 27 hours per week (including office hours).
  • 5 working days with 2 consecutive days off per week.

The majority of the classes take place at one of the main campuses from among Modern Plaza, Downtown and Runmao.

The school provides all the books, CDs and teaching resources needed to teach the curriculum. There are also many educational toys that you can include in your class. You are welcome to bring any music, games, or teaching materials that you think will improve your classes.

Salary and Benefits

  • 18,000 RMB ($2,785) monthly salary after tax.

Job Requirements to Teach English in Yangzhou

  • A bachelor’s degree or better.
