How far in advance should I apply for international jobs? How long should I wait for my visa?

It’s never too early to get in touch with one of our recruiters. They will help you streamline the process and make it as smooth and easy as possible.

The entire recruitment process is completely free and usually takes about 1-3 weeks (not including the waiting time for the visa). This time mainly depends on how quickly you can send us the documents and on when we can schedule an interview with you.

Visa waiting times

Taiwan: about one month

Japan: 2-3 months

China: 2-3 months

Thailand: 1-2 months

Other countries: contact our recruitment team.

Since it can still take up to 3 months to get your visa, we advise you to get in touch as soon as you are looking for an international job.
