Teacher Training 2011

Dear Friends,

It’s been a good year for us hear and Saxoncourt Teacher Training and as Chrismas approaches and we look forward to 2012, I would like to share with you some throughts and views from Rick Ansell, one of our longest-serving trainers:

‘We are currently gearing up for the last course of 2011, starting on 21 November.  As I write there are still a few places left, though I expect the Course to be full by the middle of next week..

Next year´s Courses have been fixed and the dates set.  Our first full time intensive Course starts on   January 9th with part time Courses starting on  the 10th.  With a long hard winter forecast and continuing economic gloom, now seems like a good time to do a CELTA and escape for a spell in a sunnier clime both meterologically and economically speaking.

I always enjoy hearing from ex’trainees so it was a pleasure to comeback from holiday to find an e-mail from Ilona who did the Course with us earlier in the autumn.  She is back in Georgia enjoying putting all her new skills into practice.  I´m hoping her students are also appreciating them!

It´s good too, to hear from employers asking for references and there were a few of those requests waiting for me when I got home too.  There was a note from our Taiwan operation to say that Sakina has been offered a job out there and the Westgate Corporation in Japan was enquiring about and another trainee from one of the summer Courses.

The hot place for 2012 looks like Turkey with demand for teachers there increasing dramatically.  We have just taekn on a new recruitment guy, Martin, to help supply teachers to all those schools out there.  I have to say I have a soft spot for Turkey.  I met my wife there while teaching back in 1986!  ‘

So, we look forward to the possibility of welcoming you to one of our courses soon. Remember, for information on course fees and dates wither go to our site:

All the best,
